Intake and Assessment

Intake and Assessment is an opportunity for exploring what has brought you to therapy and how your current healing needs can best be served. In this time we will discuss the parameters of confidentiality and learn if alternate supports may be required.

Individaul Counselling

In individual counselling we will begin by setting the therapeutic goals and predict the length of therapy. Your input and feedback will be collected throughout our time together to ensure there is understanding and agreement about interventions.

Fee: $120.00 / Session

Martial Art Training

The martial art group and private training is a chance for beginners and intermediate participants to learn basic combat and defensive principles. Additionally, training emphasizes present moment orientation, meditation, co-regulation and interpersonal development.

Fee: Free Until Further Notice
